like that natural look of the last pics...;)
i just would sand it down with no paint and put on some thin lacer.
i also know roller bridges only on guitars with vibrato/wammy.
but if yours is staying in tune and no probs with bends and playing...
why not ?? :)
seems well build,
its worth to spend some time on it...
why not just sand it down and
let it stay that way ( natural look)...
like a worn g 400 ??
also i would nt put on a vibrola if it itsn´t...
yap, thats what a friend (luthier)
has told me too...
personally i more prefer the chrome/nickel look
on the guitar, but thats personal preference
thanx for the news
i just would get a new switch.. (switchcraft)
they are not that expensive.
a bit of high grain sandpaper and smooth/careful movement ??
sad to hear,
that quality control at epiphone seems to be very unstable.
(following the gibson policy..:D ??
glad the special was the "winner "...
this one needs to be played...
regarding the tuners..
some sell also the tuner heads only.
maybe you can find one as tulip in nickel or chrome
so you can replace...
glad i changed my epi one to a bone nut...;)
