So guys, I will be in Barcelona for a 1 month in a training for my new employee.

Thing is, I cannot spend a month without Mary Jane and I`d like to take her with me.

What do you guys suggest to play at the hotel room. I will have a laptop with me all the time and I have a scarlet 2i4 interface at home, should I take the interface with me and play though plug ins, any other suggestions? maybe a smaller interface?

And for sound boxes, what you recommend? the laptop internal sound system is absolutely terrible.

    Thank for the help guys!

I love those newer Vox headphones. I also have Amplitubes and Guitar Rig on my laptop and a usb adapter. A lot of fun.

I have downloaded many things ("binarys") from newsgroups through the years.

For several years I was on the road and usually took my 50's reissue Fender Strat and this little piece of magical genius:

Although there are many which will do the same or similar - perhaps even better - I still use my PX3 on a near-daily basis with headphones for a quick-fix or even two-hour sessions

If you get one or something similar:
    1 - don't forget the 1/4" headphone/output connector which may require a 1/4 to 1/8 connector
2 - get a power adapter so you won't be in the middle of an awesome jam session and then realize your only batteries are dead
    3 - closed-back headphones
4 - I've even used a rolled-up towel and put it at the base of the door that opens to the next hotel room (yeah, I've stayed in some "vintage" hotels) to help absorb some of the sound

    Hope this helps
