Found my old paperwork

    Digging through my basement I came across my Gibson papers that came with my sg from about 1983. Here is the super tune vibrola info

    Yes,,I believe its licensed by them. I think it says it on the piece itself

    No,,not at all. The allen screws by the neck is a poor design as they screw directly onto the string. And the tremolo itself is way too easy to push the bar down. I like resistance. Back when I bought it ,,tremolos and floyd rose were the big deal. Not knowing anything about them..I told the salesman..."I want a walnut sg with a tremolo bar". That's what I was given.
