I wish I had those in my stable!!!
A black guitar is a better guitar?
Red guitars just get you speeding tickets ...
My cherry red class of 2016...
How can you play black sabbath or back in black on a red gibson?
Well, sorta kinda. A redburst and red special.
Yours look lovely, and very very classique...
Yours are achingly beautiful and very drool worthy.
But I never cared for a red SG...
The closest I ever got to a red SG was the faded brown one at right. She's supposed to look like she was red 50 years ago, but the nitro had turned
yaller from time and tribulations. Gibson nailed it IMHO. But I liked the
brown one because it wasn't red.
Let everybody else play a red one. I'm for my silver burst, or my faded
brown. Or an SG naked... love that concept.
But don't let me rain on anyone's parade. The red ones are obviously the
people's choice... they sell more of them than anything else. So I don't
mind being in a small minority. And I don't expect others to embrace my
choices. Red SGs rule! But I'll remain a rebel.
Don't worry, those are just the "RED" ones!
You rebel you, LOL
And, if you had to pick just one....?
Of those, 4th one from the front.
Although I did buy one a couple of years ago - but it arrived with two strings missing (don't get me started on Gibson's QC issues), and I ended up selling it soon after...
(Seriously, it was a lovely bass, but way more than I can do justice to, so I sold it to someone who'd make good use of it, gigging, and bought myself a cheap Chowny bass).
