    Beautiful guitar! Price seems to be in the ball park of other similar SGs on the net. I bought an '11 61 reissue for half that last month, but if I hadn't and I was looking now, I'd be mighty tempted.

    Not sure what they were going for new. I've seen them listed on reverb from 1199.00 up to 1695.00.
    I got mine as a "demo" from AMS for 1100.00 and never found a scratch or had any problems with it.
    Demos are usually marked only a couple hundred below new price so I'm suspecting they were in the 1300.00 range.
    I've always got my eye open for another one but the highest I'd pay would be 1300.00.
