Ugh. No. That's like routing an SG for a Strat trem. No.

Back on topic. Blemished guitars are the best. If you play them...they are going to get dinged up. If you like to mod they are the perfect excuse to mod.

I just picked up the red G-400 and damn...that sucker plays so damn smooth.

Hell, an Epiphone on its own is a perfect platform to mod, much less a b stock, the cork sniffers leave you the #%(@ alone and you get an awesome rig without the eyebrow raise from your better half.

I only buy used, so technically all mine are blemished. Or would it be pre-blemished? Naw. Relic'd?

    Damn, this is getting confusing!

I just played my red G-400 for the first time in forever...and damn, that guitar plays better than my Gibsons. To be fair I just bought bodies from the stratosphere on eBay and installed the hardware.

Now that I'm learning about fretwork I can see there are some seriously high and badly crowned frets on the Gibson...while the Epi is spot on. To be fair I'm comparing what could be a Gibson reject to an Epi standard.

I've purchased b-stock guitars in the past, mine had nothing wrong with it. But, recommend you go into it with your eyes open.

    I got one.

A Frenchman enters a guitar forum. He starts to make fun of every Epi owner he sees, until most every user who sees this behavior gets pissed off. He feels great, because he thinks this is cool.

But then everyone starts laughing at him, and he gets pissed and asks why.

Everyone answers: because YOU are the one who's funny.
