    I know this is more of a vintage JP thread...but give the latest release Firepower a chance...Rob sounds great and Ritchie is a heckuva player.

    I first saw J.P. on the British Steel tour in 1980. I was 13 when i saw that tour & my favorite album by Priest @ that time was Stained Class. And I have to say it is still my fav J.P. record.

    Sad Wings Of Destiny is my all-time fave. I still have my vinyl copy from high school! I saw them in '82 in a small venue at our local fairgrounds, and it was the single greatest concert I have ever seen.

    That was bad ass. What a great band. The drummer killed it too. Think of how many shows those guys have under their belts to hone the performances to that level.
