It's for sale near me at a decent price. The reason I'm suspicious, is it's listed as an SG G400 Pro, but the Epiphone website shows a black nut and no binding on the black ones. This one has a white nut and white binding on the neck. He says he got it from the dealer and it's less than a year old. What do you guys think?

    It’s a pro not a special.

If it’s a decent price, plays nice, buy it.

Should have two pull pots on the volume knobs.

Looks legit to me! NICE case too!

Wish they came with neck binding when I got my G-400 Pro.

Ok thanks guys. Sweetwater takes pictures of the guitars in stock, and I see their Ebony SG Pro has a white nut and white binding. I think Epiphone needs to update their pictures. This looks too good to pass up, so I might check it out tomorrow.

The nut on the pro could be different. Also, Tusq replacement nuts are white. I put one on my Epi.

    nice guitar...

    beside the model question,
    ít´s a legit epi.
    (my guess: its a pro)

and if you can get it for a good price then
there is no reason to let it pass.

I missed it, it sold. I bought a used 2013 Gibson LPJ instead. My old Epiphone SG G400 Gothic feels, plays and sounds better though.
