WOW great little gadget, even came loaded with batteries! Great sound the delay (2 WAY ADJUSTABLE i MIGHT AD) feature plus gain and overdrive are awesome. tONE IS GREAT FOR A SMALL "PCOKET AMP"

And here is the video proof. :)

eS.G how does it actually sound, say in comparison to some big amps, etc.

I'm curious. I have a Blackstar ID:60 TVP head, which spawned a good amount of the tech that filtered down to the ID Core series, which is what was used to make that Fly.

And the ID TVP Series are fantastic sounding amps.

It sounds GREAT. BEst Mini pocket amp I have heard so far....they each (VOX, Honeytone,Fender 57) all seam to be great 1 trick ponies and "do" the sound they are mimicking very well for the money.

The FLY has a depth the others don't.....the delay is ""double adjustable" and really versatile.

It sounds LIKE THAT ...the delay gives it a depth and richness the others don't have.

And I am not sure yeat what the "ISF" knob does.......but it sounds excellent. ;)

Truth---in an "adult" tone (he ads)
It is going to sound thinner than a "big amp" i.e. the 20 Watt Fender Mustang will (or could) rip a hole in it and smash it with a brick.....the 120 watt Vintage Polytone resting under it in the picture -----wouldn't even turn it on for a comparo , there is none--- but for a battery powered, TONKA TOY bedroom practice, take on a camping trip, drag to the office for those "slow" afternoons amp. It is the best I have played with to date.

You'd be amazed how many of these "toy" amps have found their way into recording studios, where sheer volume doesn't matter, but exactly that sound really does. And when you are going to be recording all day and probably all night, nobody actually wants a loud amp.

I really like it......and of the (now 4 mini amps I own) the Fly has the most tonal depth and richness. You REALLY could record with just this.

Congratulations on your new amp, eS.G. How many do you bloodywell need??? I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with the wife (who didn't bother to bring back my amp when she went home last month...) complaining like crazy when she sees me spending any money. So, I've been looking for very small stuff that I can pretend is cheap and not an amp at all... I looked at the Fly, but seems as I'm in a little apartment and can't upset the new parents on 2 sides, I'm using headphones and this wonder:

Ot sounds ok, but I feel pathetic and bullied.

Next week it's gonna get even more pathetic:

But, I noticed that I could get a tiny peddle type thing for the same price as your Fly:

Whatcha reckon OP, Fly or Terror?

    ^ :dude:

It has a headphone socket, and if I ever get good enough to play (lots of local bars where you can play) then it'll go into a cab (as per your scary monster)... I just ordered an overdrive/distortion pedal, but could have bought that baby Terror for about the same money - gonna have to wait til next month now...

I've seen deals on the fly locally, but not sure it's any good? I'm waiting for sound clips from the OP (no Wham, thanks e.S.G.).
