Hey everybody i'm interested in buying this sg epiphone but i didnt find anything about it on the internet, it seems that it looks like an epiphone sg 400 maestro but i dont think they made white ones, looking for help to identify this model nd it s original price so i ll have an idea about purchasing it
The seller is demanding 250 $ (with the hardcase) is it worth it ?

It looks like a G400 Custom but it's missing the middle pickup. It's not a '65 Maestro either because AFAIK they had trapezoid inlays and no headstock binding.

It could be a fake, but if it plays well and you like it then $250 with a hardcase doesn't sound unreasonable.

That's what they put on the Custom models, it says the same thing on the truss rod cover.

I don't believe they ever made a white two pickup custom with gold hardware as a stock model. There was a white three pickup custom with gold hardware and a Maestro. The only two pickup Custom I know of from Epiphone is this,

I'm pretty sure the one in your photos has either been modified or it's a fake.

You can't use that to spot a fake anymore, the Chinese knockoff factories have figured out how to replicate proper neck dive.
