    Love my SGJ...its my go to axe...got some good gear and play original music..ps.. just got the Marshall DSL40CR...holy crap is it versatile...the gain stages and resonance and presence...just made my pedal board disappear..finally an amp to just plug and play

    They are a very nice SG. I love the finish and the pickups on these, just wish they didn't have that banner on the 12th fret. It ruins it for me.

    Do you never need a boost for that marshall?

    thanks and no bosst on Marshall at all..love the amp, only thing i can pick on..is., the true clean channel is lower than the gains, so there is a drastic dif in volume when you go from clean and hit the clean channel boost. But when i play marshalls , dont do much clean,

    You’ll find it’ll be better to have the Crunch on with the gain dialed to just over 1 then have the volume up.
    That way I’m able to have a clean sound while playing soft then I hit the strings hard and get a more aggressive sound out of it.
