    Yep! Decided to get a Les Paul. Wanted a Custom though and this one just happened to pop up at the right time, at a good price too!
    Needs a polish and the stock pickups put in it, oh and to un-top wrap it.

    Very nice Black Beauty, if the EMG are active pickups you need new controls too.

    Yeah they’re active so I’ve got to source all new pots, caps and most likely 3 way switch.
    Just been playing it, haven’t pulled it apart yet.

    Ok so got it all wired up today by my neighbour. Just got to get a few hex nuts (which I forgot to get) to make the pots level with the top.

    Got the extra nuts today and fitted it up. Accidental broke one of the solder joints (whoops) but I’m happy with the spacing distance. Added pointers too.

    I agree! Every time I open the case to play it, I take a moment to realise how nice it looks. :)

    Just ordered a Seymour Duncan JB and ‘59 today.
    These pickups aren’t doing it for me after playing my JB equipped Iceman.

    Did a little recording today of Tool's Stinkfist. Few mistakes, but not too bad.
