Hi, anyone know if anyone is selling NOS CTS pots...1969 or 70? Even used is good......seemed to have exhausted Reverb Ebay etc...
    Thanks in advance.

Any reason they have to be '69 or '70? AFAIK, the specs were the same through the '60s and early '70s until the switch to 300k.

The only reason that comes to mind for wanting a NOS pot with a 1969 or 1970 pot code is for collector reasons to keep the guitar looking "period correct" or stock from the factory if one were to look inside the control cavity.

Indeed it would be for restoration project rather than tonal quality.
    Cheers

Even still, I would think any pots within the '60s would be equally valuable in restoration. In fact, you see lots of, say, '69s with pots from '64 that have original solder joints.
