I cut the tip of my thumb. I may have to just look at my guitars, for a while.

No pics. I'm keeping it wrapped up. I cut from the tip, up into the nail. Maybe 70% through the nail. As much as it hurts now, I'm realy afraid of snagging it, and ripping it off.

I don't handle hand injuries, well. When I was 12, just starting to play guitar, I went through a glass door. I cut all fingers, except for my little fingers, left palm and right wrist. I watched as shot Novocain in the cuts and gave me stitches. Now, I can't even watch hand injuries on TV. It left physical and mental scars.

Yikes. You take care and keep it clean. Time will heal this one.

I can understand. Being right handed it seems when I hurt a hand it's always my left hand..... usually caused by swinging something with my right hand. Take care and heal up.

    Thanks everyone.

The pain is going down and I'm slowly starting to play guitar again.

I injured my hand Wednesday night, and it was killing me yesterday. Now it's almost normal. I miss playing!

    Glad you're feeling better!
