    Quit complaining. It's free.

I would imagine it takes a lot of time and effort to maintain an internet forum. Maybe the person(s) who own/maintain this forum actually have a life outside the internet?
Give them a break. I figured out a workaround to this and I'm a computer illiterate. How hard can it be?

Sure it's free, so nobody can expect anything here. But a forum like this would greatly benefit from more transparency. I mean, nobody really seems to know who is running this site let alone where the servers are located, what happens with our data, if anyone is making money from this etc.

A more open, community based approach would be great. A first step would be more communication on part of the admins, resulting in more confidence in and identification with the community on side of the members. Then long-term members might be willing to provide help (e.g. money) to keep the side up and running without the hickups we experience nowadays.

Thanks, I know that. But this does not really answer my questions, not even the "who?"...

What I do is copy my post before trying to post it.
That way if the site acts up I can just come back in
and paste/post it without to having to retype it.

Sorry if it doesn't make you feel better, but that's him. That's the guy you communicate with. I understand he's in Somerset County, NJ. Try @Alex to get his attention. Maybe he'll give you all the details you crave.
