Now I clean the fretboard, I polish the frets.
I use Virtuoso Premium for the black nitro finish, the dilemme is about the pickguard, stock vintage pearl or black ...??
Anyway this SG Std is really fantastic,

Wow! That looks so good with gold!
    Black pick guard for sure.
I’m going to put some gold covered pickups in mine now! At least now you’ve given me something to do today haha

    Hi,
I need to change the saddles but I have a problem with the wire.
How can I remove this wire without breaking it ?
    Thanks

It shouldn't break. I've had to remove mine off my Ibanez with no problem. Just used a flat head screwdriver.

When I mounted the strings the A tuner’ s broken… Grrr Work was almost done, I had to mark the saddles and adjust the action and harmonics.
I’m waiting for a new set of gold Gibson Deluxe tuners to finish the job and believe me this SG Limited editition is a pure gem!.

Nice looking SG. I like the pickguard. It looks as though you have really stripped the guitar down and built it back up into perfection.

After a long time waiting I finally got the Gibson tuners, I hesitated between the KLUSON Revolution and the Gibson Deluxe because the KLUSON Revolution are really fantastic light weight tuners but the Gibson are more authentic, I prefer for this beautiful Limited Edition.

I think that I will use the stock pearl pickguard, after cleaning the pickguard looks better.

I like those gold plated Gibson tuners you picked up. The pearl pick guard looks really great with the gold parts and black finish in the back ground.

Double ringed tuner buttons would have looked cool.

May be like Schaller DR-GO, they are great but I prefer stock spare parts for this SG Limited.
