Do it, all you need is one for dimensions, or a scale print.
No one sells em. Sometimes you can find an old and overpriced one on Reverb with a gnarly pickup attached.
But they're rarer then the proverbial hens teeth.

Wouldn't a section of a P90 loaded pickguard work about as well? That'd give you the pickguard dimension and then you'd just need to center the pickup in that space to figure the other dimensions.

Sometimes ya gotta reverse engineer stuff.

How much they go for ?

Easy to figure out. Lenght so end holes align with pickguard holes. Middle holes that align with pup screws.

Well, I'm glad you revived this one. I missed this one in its infancy.

    NICE JOB, DAVE... :yesway:

I am a tinkerer by nature. Being 6'2", I've always had to modify stuff to fit me, it became second nature. Example: on every car I get, first thing I do is to modify the driver seat position on its tracks, by raising the front and moving back the whole track mechanism.

So it's not a little pickup mounting plate that'll scare me.

I'm 6'4", I just get cars that fit me. :p
Mind you, that doesn't usually mean I have a usable backseat.

Can't always afford the car that fits me. I mostly look for a vehicle that fits my needs, so, usually a minivan that gets all it's back seats ripped out, second thing ... after driver's seat adjustment.

My present 2002 Toyota Sienna, 400,000km. One week after purchase (used), that's what the inside looked like.

It's not like we buy new cars all the time either Doc. We've had the current beastie for seventeen years, and it was a used purchase. We do however attend the new car show every couple years and "test sit" to make sure we both fit as she's slightly taller than I am.

    This is quite strange.
Seems as though pics have disappeared from my computer as well as that stupid photobucket.
No can do right now. Going to do beers with Pops later this morning and have to wash my car now before it gets hot out.
I'll look into it this evening.

    And now they're back???
    WTF?
I did nothing. Must be some alternate dimension or black hole in the time space continuum.
Alien life forms may have hacked my account.
