i'm thinkin of doing some serious upgrades to my epi SG, and i was wondering if you guys think this would look good, or better yet if youve seen it (im having a hard time imagining it). my SG is heritage cherry w/ full black pickguard and chrome hardware. im thinking of changing the pups to EMG's and putting on black hardware to match. any thoughts?

As previously said, get a set of bare knuckles wapped in there. I have a VH2 in the bridge of my epi, gives it a lovely bite. Less generic sound as well loads and loads of character.

    http://www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk/

So take a look around the pickups available and the forum as well they're got some good sound clips.
