Bridge pickup ring height for a Burny SG?

Stick a piece of sandpaper on a flat surface. Gently rub the pick up ring on the flat sand paper until you get the ring the height you want. You also need to make sure the pick up route is deep enough to lower the pick up the desired amount. SG's are so thin you may not be able to route it deeper

IMHO, pickup rings don't look right on SGs, and most of the SGs made are without p.u. rings.

There are several different thicknesses of pickup rings, from redonkulously tall to literally flat and not much thicker than a heavy guitar pick. I always just recommend skimming some product spec drawings on Amazon (like the one I pasted below), or reaching out to some smaller parts dealers to make sure you get the size that works best. Thankfully there are many, MANY different options out there.

I’m guessing that, maybe, it worked out well…but figured I’d ask…

Is it done yet?!?! How is it?!? Is the problem completely resolved?
