SG Classic is a really great choice but the new SG Specials in Sparkling Burgundy and Pelham Blue are a great deal on the used market too.
That is a great looking guard and would look great and a Sparkling Burgundy - Is that Creamtone guard?

Yeah It is a bit trickier but it does work well and when the pots are installed it is grounded.

Here's the new wiring harness.
The pots are both 500K because the bridge is overwound about 5% - otherwise I might have used a 300K for bridge
So the Lollar p90s are on their way.
I have the wiring harness done - so I thought what the hec let's shield the Control cavity.
So I sanded it up...
