I would have 490t/490r in one and a more open vintage PAF style in the other like a Lindy Fralin Pure PAF, Seymour Duncan Antiquity, or Seth Lover.
The 2007 SG3 will probably continue to increase in value.

I have a 2016 Standard and it is great. One of the best modern SGs I have played. Great neck profile, top one or two of all neck profiles I own....
