I used it for a while on a tool cover band, its a pedal, not an amp head, so its really not the same. On the other hand, I`m very convinced I had a very convincing tool tone, which is awesome :)

Anybody else rocking a THR? I can see that the katana is the new champ all around, but I really dont see the need to upgrade with this great little amp.

it will sound brighter if you remove them, I tested this more than once. It will also sound brighter if you increase the treble on the amp. It`s your choice. :)

Hello Guys, Problem solved! All I had to do was, NOTHING. I just got back home yesterday, turned the amps on and no hum again... go figure.

I havent moved the equipment, besides the guitars. would you be more detailed on the explanation? (I`m not really sure which wire would be the one ground wire). thanks!

updating on this. I've been playing my wonderful wet dry rig for a while now. (I bought a humdigger, from gigrig to do it). All sounding amazing, love the feel of the two amps completing each other, many new different tones comming out of it. I recommend everybody to try, its really something...

guys, changed my mind, I`m not selling the SG. I`ll tune it to open E or A, raise the action and... TIME TO LEARN SLIDE! :p I always wanted to learn but my slide skills are completely horrible! :)

I believe that the fact that I`m living in Bucarest wont help. But the price is 3.2k RON, something around 700EUR (and considering its upgraded with Mojotones 59s and a emerson wiring kit, I think its a great price).

I`m yet to find any flaw on the guitar, every single detail is perfectly done on the guitar, and I`m speaking microscopically. It`s really a work of art. If there is one thing I would change is the finish. the front is just fine with the brushed finish, love the thing. But the back is standard...
