Gibson SG reissue 61 1996
Hi y'all! Been a while since I last posted something. I'm almost about to pull the trigger on an 61 reissue from 1996. Of course I'm gonna try it out first but it seems really nice! The 57 pickups have been swapped out for Seymour Duncan High Voltage and it also has been pleked recently. So... -

Hi all! I started a thread asking questions about what year of the SG to get (http://www.everythingsg.com/threads/what-sg-standard-to-buy.33123/). If I had only "listened" to the opinions around the net I would never had considered one from 2015. Great to find this much more balanced forum... -

And I now bought the 2015. I really like it so far and will start a NGD with pics. Again, thanks for all the input. Must say that so far this forum is top notch. Much more balanced than many other where you can't mention Gibson and 2015 in the same sentence without getting the hate... -

Thanks for all the inputs! I have, since the first post, tried a 2014 and will try a 2015 tonight. We'll see if there will be love. So far the 2017 Standard T is in the pole position. The hunt goes on! -

What SG standard to buy?
Hi! I'm in the hunt for a SG. So. the question is what model to choose? Right now I have one 2013 standard, one 2015 standard or the new 2017 Standard T to choose between. The only one I have tried out so far is the 2017. I really liked how it played but don't want to pull the trigger yet...
