Just found a new 2011 Satin White Gibson Limited Run SG Melody Maker that apparently spent the last 6 years sitting in storage.
Asked for some pictures, the store kindly sent them to me and I decided to pull the trigger.
It's on its way to me right now. When it arrives I'll post more pictures...
Well, I didn't know that it was possible to request GC to ship guitars from store to store, so that's probably what I'll do just before I go to NY. Will keep an eye on those used SGs on GC website. Thank you guys!

I've got a Vintage VS6MRMA for 2 years now. Plays great. The original Wilkinson pickups didn't sound so good, so I put a pair of Dimarzios DLX Plus, sound amazing now. Pretty good guitar in my opinion.
I think the flame design is too much, but what made me think about that kind of bridge was the fact that it has a larger structure that would allow me to convert the trem strat to hardtail.
Any other design would be fine as long as the result is a hardtail strat.
