1972 SG Demo

    They do daily videos on different guitars....today the SG.



    Mods, if I have done something inappropriate, sorry....just found the vid very cool...but it does have a commercial component...so....your call.

    Very cool. I like the way the whole video is presented. No obnoxious playing, yet with some decent info about the history and construction of the guitar. I need to pay more attention to Norman's Rare Guitar videos. I've only seen a handful of their videos, but they are always very entertaining. Besides videos of a specific guitar, NRG produces videos of talented musical celebrities that stop in that store, too.

    Maybe its just me, but I need to hear what an instrument sounds clean as well as over driven to evaluate. Crank in enough clipping and everything pretty much sounds the same (square wave.)

    I also like the history talk...the presenter is extremely knowledgeable and he knows an insane amount of songs. I do agree that I would like to hear the clear tone of the instrument. Too often he cranks the distortion....

    Nice... the Lee Ranaldo SG one of the main reasons I have an SG.
