Since they were a direct copy of the '61 Reissue, even using Gibson's tooling for parts, it's a safe bet the neck is a Slim Taper.

Go for it!
Its a good price and basically a Gibson
A friend of mine who had a chance to play Orville Les Paul and owns Gibson Les Paul said that these Orville are identical to Gibsons and for much better price.
This reissue looks pretty great
