OK. I'll show some 498T love. Had my tech do a custom wire job (mainly to shorten the wires and replace the caps and toggle. Never felt a need to replace the 498's. They sound great on a SG or on a Les paul Custom. My Ebony SG has slightly more treble than my Heritage Cherry, but I count on that.
