Looks normal. I think those are CTS pots: 137????. The solder is hiding the rest of the date codes. Also Centralab pots (134xxxx) were also used in that era. Maybe Gibson used more than one manufacturer of pots?
The solder blob on the tone pot ground wire could use a reflow and the flux residue cleaned off with alcohol when done.
Not sure why the flux was cleaned off the volume pot and not the tone pot. I usually see flux residue left behind on factory soldering which is a pet peeve.
