Been playing my Twin Reverb for a little less than a year now.
Love the punch and clarity. Nice tonal balance and my Lexicon overdrives really sing.
problem: the other night at rehearsal thank god, the volume started going down down down then nothing. When I looked around there was no power light on.
At first I thought Fuse right? Changed with new fuse, stilll no light. New fuse could be bad, Ive seen that enough. Checked both fuses with my multi meter, both Ok.
Sent to repai center in my area ......................................................................... . ... Mean while New Years is coming Have a 2/ 2.5 hr shows to do and it `s looking like I`m going to have to resort back to my Peavey so I`ll have to be fighiting the noise gates all night long. I really hate smashing and clipping my signal like that.
And body else have a similar problem with Fender?

First and easiest step I'd take is use a known good tube and swap out one by one to see if you can find a suspect tube.

You could probably rent another amp for the night or something, but man that really sucks to have it go out on you like that.

Played the show last night with sound co. amp. A small Epi Ri or something
Kinda sucked, the time was tight for set up and sound check, But show went on.
Tomorrow they will have to get amp fixed, 'cause by the time the night was over,
who am I kidding. By the third song this thing sounded like it took a blast from a 12 ga. shotgun. Even my nice clean lexicon reverb tones had distortion. Shouldv'e hauled in that %$&# Peavey. Anyway gig went off and drunks don't seem to mind. Just hope I get my Twin back soon.
    Thanks
    Happy New Year
    EZ

Repair shop used Christmas and Thanksgiving as reasons not to get my amp back to me.
Ok Major legal holiday I can understand but, Martin Luther Kind day? Who do they think they are, The US Post Office?.... I had to work. As did everyone else I know. I think I need a new job.
