    nope i could of repaired it without refinning the guitar and you be hard pressed to see the repair. :wink:

    same thing any experienced luthier who deals in vintage restoration would do. the last thing you want to do is hurt the guitar's vintage value. :wink:

    the bout was broken off. so i assume glued back into place. then the crack filled/colour matched, levelled off and polished? :arrow: :?:

    I tell ya, this does not impress me one frikkin' bit. In fact, other than to exclaim your own virtues, I've not seen much here at all.
