Dear Brothers and Sisters, I am saddened to report that our beloved Senior Moderator Six String's wife Mary Anderson passed away Thursday at 8:45 PM from complications due to Diabetes and a Stroke. Everyone here at ETSG should know what an integral roll Terry has played, he has been with us since the beginning and is one of the most down to earth people I've had the honour to know and call my friend. Much of his personality I'm sure was influenced by Mary, she was a proud women with a heart of Gold. She loved children, her gardens and was a avid animal lover. I ask that you take a moment to reflect on how short life really is and how directly or indirectly one person can influence you. Embrace the ones you love, and cherish the time you have with them. If anyone would like to make a donation, please use the donation button on the forum. All donations will go to the ASPCA in Mary's name. Thank You, ~ John
Terry, Ann and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy on you loss. But never forget, as long as Mary stays in your heart and mind, she will always be there with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sincerly, Lou and Ann
Terry, As John said, you have been here at ETSG from the beginning and have helped to shape and mold this place into a family, not just a web forum. I'm sure that the love, care and devotion that you have given us here is no doubt because of the influence of love, care and devotion that you have shared with Mary for 40 years. No one can ever replace a loved one but family can help you in the healing process. We are indeed a family here and we all are here for you as you need us. Our prayers are with you. Tom
Sixer aka Terry, our prayers go out to you in your time of loss. It has to be tough but know you have buddies here on the forum who appreciate all the time and effort you have put in to make this a fun place to hang out. Sincerely Mr and Mrs Oldrock aka Matt and Shelly
I am sorry for your loss and you'll be in my prayers Terry. You have a ton of friends here and we'll be here when you need us.
Terry, Both Carol and I were shaken rigid when we heard this sad news. A more Gutsy, Fighter would be hard to imagine and you know that I was honoured to offer any advice that I could to Mary. If there is anything that we can do from the "other side of the Pond" please do not hesitate to contact us. John has the email addresses etc. In Prayers Rob and Carol
If anyone would like too, a friend of Mary's has set up a"Light A Candle Memorial" on Facebook. If you like, drop by and say a few words. I'm sure Terry would appreciate it. http://rememberedbyus.com/MaryAnderson2010/index.asp?Page=1#LightACandle
Sixer you've always struck me as one of the nicest and most helpful guys on this forum. My thoughts go out to you and your family.
Terry, I hope you see the blessings and the good that you and Mary created together and that all of this lives on in her memory. Time to reflect and choose your future carefully my friend. John
Terry, I am truely sorry for your loss. I don't know what else to say except you will be in my thoughts today. Sorry. John
Terrible news, and I feel very bad about it. Try to honor her memory as best as you can and may she rest in peace. Hang in there brother...
