I have shed many tears in the last several days... and shed some more for the heart felt compassion of you all. It means a great deal to me to read your posts and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. ETSG has always been a special place for me, but it now has an even greater meaning of family, brotherhood and compassion. The future will be difficult but I feel now that with support as I have here, I will be able to overcome any hardship I may face. For that strength, I thank you very much. May whoever watches over you bless and keep you all.
deep sympathy, Six String I'm new around here but feel like I've found a band of brothers. Should create a new category, Faded Member... that would be me. Blessings to you and your family... what is remembered, lives Col Mustard aka Michael Hough
My condolences. I do not know you but you and your family will be in my thoughts. I know it's so hard to lose someone you love. I wish you the best.
Six Strings... My sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to you and your family. Very sad news. I am sorry.
Terry Im sorry to hear of your wife's passing. My heart goes out to you. I am glad I had a chance to meet and even listen to you play a few times. I keep going back to your CD for more listening, good stuff. Friend and fan always, Dwayne
There was a memorial service today for Mary in North Webster Indiana. I got to meet Terry(Six String) and John(Guitarweasel). I wish the circumstances were better but it was like meeting brothers for the first time. Terry was a very gracious host especially under the circumstances and it was a great pleasure to meet and talk with both Terry and John and to check out Terry's guitars! .
Quite the handsome lot eh? I enjoyed meeting both Jack and Terry, next time I hope it's under better circumstances. Terry, thanks again for allowing me to share that with you.
There are no words I can say to tell you how much it meant to meet both of you and the support you have shown. Thanks isn't enough, but please know it comes from the bottom of my heart and soul..... After "working" with both of these guys for so long, it was like we have known each other forever... or maybe we just have the common bond of the forum and the love of SG's. Whichever it is, Jack and John are the greatest! I would also like to thank others that lite a candle on Marys Memorial website (started by one of her "kids"... Lou and Ann, Connor, John (Spunky), Phil, Jack, John (Weas) and Tom. Your thoughts and words are helping me to get thru a difficult time. Thank you.
Six - I haven't been on the forum for a very long time and apologize for my long overdue condolences. I am truly sorry for your loss.......... Larry
