  1. im tired of taking my guitar to people to have them work on it with no results or waiting for a month or 2 to get it back....so i if someone could explain to me how to ajust a truss rod im all ears...my neck is bowing in the middle like around frets so it buzzes everywhere...so should i tighten that nut...or loosen it...do i have to take the strings off? and how much should i adjust it thanks alot guys
