well, just got a seymour duncan detonator from guitar center, gonna put it in the bridge prolly like this wednesday when the new pots and caps come (make it all one big operation). hopefully this will give me what i'm lookin for, and it was a good price no matter what so we'll see
oh yeah, lagger might be interested to know that the youngest of my brothers just bought an absolutely beautiful les paul copy (perfect shape and only 200$!!!! sounds amazing!!)

gee I should give him my now left over 57 classics for it ..... NOT !! lol nice axe tell him uncle mike sez congrats now have fun and get good !... post some clips of the pup when ya get it jv ..
ps where did the round headed kid get 200 beans??.. can he even lift that thing ?? are you guys trying to be the Osmonds or something ?? (god help us)

dad helped him with the money for the paul, yes he can lift it (barely, lol) and GOD SAVE US FROM THE OSMONDS!!
i don't really know about the reversed pickup, i noticed that and wondered what the deal with it was

mmmm, the pups in and i'm lovin it: with distortion it really screams and has nice heavy palm mutes, clean it's got a clear, full tone and sounds really good which actually surprised me
also put in the hovland musicap and everything seems to be working with that. my plan was to put 500k pots in it, but amazingly it had 500k pots already (i couldn't believe it, lowest end epiphone with 500k!!)
so at this point i got this thing workin just the way i want it... =p
