Thanks again everybody. :) I appreciate the warm welcome!

A little background on my guitar... it's a 1986 SG '62 that I bought brand new in '86. The neck broke in '87. I took it over to a friend's house and we reattached the neck but the damage looked bad so I had him paint it Corvette white.

Well, the paint job looked horrible, so the guitar literally sat in a closet for years gutted. Needless to say, most of the original hardware and electronics got misplaced or used on other guitars. :(

Finally, late last year I stumbled across the old girl again and decided to make it all right with the SG. I stripped it down completely and gave it a full refinish and makeover.

It's got the best stuff on it now... Kluson's, Tone Pros locking studs, Aluminum tailpiece, Seymour Duncan and Gibson pups, CTS pots and Hovland caps w/ 50's wiring.

Not bad for a revamped 20 year old clunker... and she's plays like a dream!!!
