I liked the sounds I’ve heard from demo’s of this pedal. When It finally came last Saturday, it was noisy AF. It also has the mushiest bass. Both Jacks on the pedal have shorts, and the the damn knobs won’t stay on. Needless to say, I’m sending it back.

I am using a Marshall Origin 50 which seems to be a good platform for my other pedals. Anybody got an idea on a pedal to sound like the Dio Sabbath albums? I am gonna try a Boss HM-2 Waza \any other suggestions?

In my quest for Iommi tone I recently bought a Fulltone Ranger as a treble booster to push my overdrive pedal. It has six treble boosting options so you can sculpt your overdrive tone to specific frequencies. See if it is something you'd be interested in. Also, a EQ pedal is a great way to shape tone without breaking the bank buying and returning OD pedals.

I was really impressed with the video demo I watched of the Sabbra. I was thoroughly dissapointed with the pedal.

I just discovered that I had the tone I was looking for already in the Mark II sett\ing\ on m\y Mesa. DIO era Sabbath sound. I think I will call Mesa/Boogie this week and find out which of their pedals sounds most like a Colisium series Mark II.
