    No problem here.

Ditto: Never had a tuning problem with my SG Standard, after I learned the secrets of proper tuning and stringing techniques. I think you'll find the same type of problems with other guitars. Its almost never the guitars fault. Proper setup is key to a good playing instrument.

My Sg StD stays in tune better than any fender I have owned. Its a 2004.
Don't know if its cuz I got a good one or maybe its just set up well/
You never hear about LP's going out of tune. Why would the SG be any different??

My DT SG stays in tune for days. My LP Trad. 2013 is a different story.

I have a 2014 SG special that I originally had tuning difficulties with but it was fixed by using graphite pencil on the nut slots, now it's perfect. The 2014 Special is also one of the rare ones that has a maple neck so I don't know if that adds tuning stability.
