If you had an unlimited budget & could buy any current model small amp for home practice/enjoyment, what would it be?

Price no object? Maybe I could get CharlieB or Voxman or Spunk to build me one. :coolsmiley:

I think that I would have to agree with Michael. Or maybe get Matamp to build me one.

was about to say the same thing, especially nice with that 15w/7w switch. Will most definitely be my next amp.

Would they build one with multiple output choices such as: 30, 15, 5 & 1?

The Vox AC15, a custom made 18W Marshall, or a Fender Blues Deluxe would be my choice. The Marshall clone would be #1 out of the three.

Peavey Triple XXX 40W Combo <--- Metal amp
Ashdown G20R Ministack <--- Love having this or the Marshall ministack standing in my living room
    Vox AD60VTX <--- Great sounds
Line6 Spider III 75W Combo <--- Love the amount of sounds you can get out of this one

I really have my eyes on the Peavey, it's perfect for the stuff we play in my band,
and that is definitely my next amp.
but for home use, any of these will do...

Marshall 1987XL Vintage series 50watt tube head
Marshall 1959SLPX Vintage series 100watt tube head
Marshall JCM800 2203X Vintage series 100watt tube head
    Marshall JTM45 amp head

And I would have to have a straight 4x12 cab, maybe two. Then get an 800 and do dummy load reamping!

Opps, I read "money is no object" and things sorta got fuzzy after that. ;)

Instead of the 4x12's, just make it a 1x12! That's small!
