I'm going by what I've been told by the "SG guru" at another forum. He said any Norlin era SG isn't worth much.
I believe #3 is a late '80s '62 RI valued at the "bite me" price of $1200.00
Might be two of those T........one to go , one to throw. ;D
The question is what's "fair". Fair is influenced by the market, and subject to what you're willing to pay. What's fair to you may not be fair to the next chap. Is it fair for the shop to ask last year's commanding prices? If you're not in the position to buy, then to you the answer is no. Obviously the shop thinks the prices are fair. I've always used Completed Listings on eBay to determine a reasonable price for the current economy. That's about as fair as it gets. Some sellers could care less about that, though, and are pretty proud of their "gems". If everything was fair, we'd all have a mid-60's Special. But then, it wouldn't be so special.
Here is one for you. There is a clue.
T......That's too easy!
