    Hi all,
as some of you might now, I am in Montreal, Québec for an exchange year.
It's been a month and a half now since I arrived and I'm still looking for a guitar.
Meanwhile, I'd like to tweak bits of music I recorded when I was at home in France with either my telephone or Logic Pro X, which is the recording software I normally use.
However, Logic is installed on my dad's computer and I don't have it on my new Macbook Pro.
Garageband doesn't seem to suffice, so do you have any advice regarding recording and audio editing freeware for macs?

I've found this one so far http://alternativeto.net/software/lmms---linux-multimedia-studio/ and have used Audacity in the past with rather good results

REAPER...it's not exactly free but it will let use it for an indefinite period without paying.
