Gibson T-Type

Anyone have any experience with the T Types that came in the CME Exclusive SGs? Are they similar to the old T Tops? I’m considering swapping out the Burstbucker 3 FROM MY Epiphone SG out of curiosity. I like low wind pickups with gain. Gives that nice clear crunch

I have them in my 345. I like them. They sound very 70s classic rock to me. Very articulate but still a very big sound.

That’s great to hear. That’s along the lines of the sound I’m chasing. I know T Tops were on a lot of classic 70s albums
