Looks like it would "sit" similar to a Les Paul. Some nice features on that one, e.g. 57 Classic/57Classic Plus pickups, hardshell case, etc. For the price though, I would probably gravitate towards an SG Standard '61.

The Custom Shop version had P90’s. They made 318 of those that sold out at $5k each.

I'd rather have a teisco.

Reminds me of Theodore, Beaver Cleaver.

At a recent jam a colleague showed up with his Theodore Gibson……I played it….nice sounding guitar….I thought it looked a bit, how should I say, „undesirable“..:..but to each his own….

Fourteen years ago I finally finished one prototype. Didn’t finish the others (single cut, 335, archtop) as I made several design changes after and learned a lot, so it would have been a waste of $$. And I knew it would take a lot more $$$ to do it right consistently. Plus my wife and IMG_8557.jpegIMG_8558.jpegIMG_8559.jpegI had a new baby so priorities changed. Probably won’t get back around to it until I retire but the dream is still there.

Unintended tulip design by Theodore circa 2010. (my real name).

Ted designed it, Gibson built a couple of prototypes in the late 50's and shelved t. I do agree, it should have stayed on the shelf.

(I hate to say it, tho, I bought another ET200 for sentimental reasons...it was my "gradu-muh-tation" present from my parents...)🤣
Ted's...I'm sorry...sheving was understood, here, too...
