Hello everyone I'm new to the EverythingSG forum and so far I'm liking what I see.


I'm just starting out in the delta blues music although I've been playing music for about 7 months in general.


Anyways I'm just saying hi.

and Six String, I love the blues but I love the delta blues, and I hope to do the delta blues justice when I start playing it.

dont you need a broken old guitar with three strings left on it and a slide to play delta blues?



i was in a heavy blues phase for about three years... i guess about the time SRV started to hit. He got me looking for anything i could get my mitts on. i think buddy guy is my fave of all those guys,and ive been lucky to see him a few times, three or four now i think

[/quote]Well I don't know the delta blues you can pretty much play on anything if your hearts into it.

And SRV is a GOD.

stevie ray was awesome for sure. i could not beleive my ears when i first heard of him. texas flood lp. i saw him three times, once in a small club, at a county fair, and in an arena show. good stuff...
