Welcome. Very nice SG. I once had one from the 70s. I still remember it fondly.

This is my first Gibson (and honestly, the first one I've even *liked*, particularly).

I've never been big on SGs, but this thing just sounds and plays perfectly. It's got these ridiculously short frets that are almost non-existent and it's simply the best guitar I've ever played. Had to buy it at any price.

It was originally a cherry finish, but somebody stripped it off and redid it in walnut (poorly). So I'm in the process of sanding the refinish down to finish it myself with gun oil to get a much better-feeling satiny finish.
