well its like i have this DVD that i want to cut clips from. but i dont know any good softwares. i tried so many but all were terribly bad quality picture. some smaller clips(around 4 minute clips), went to around 1.2 GB. :-\ what to do?

does anyone know how to convert to a better quality and less space?? like the ones that LICKLIBRARY comes out with. have you seen them video lessons?? its in .wmv format but nice quality.

If its already in .wmv format then you should be able to break it up using windows movie maker.

movie maker will handle avi (least my version does) but an hour or two one will be slow as christmas to process. Nero is faster. There are lots of softwares out there that will do it though. Several are free.
