Check this out: http://www.guitarshop.dk/product.asp?product=1633. Its mid 70s and price is app. 530USD. I tried a few Kasugas and they were good guitars. They had several variants of SGs and LPs. Some with bolt-on neck and other more luxurious like this. If You like charms and embellishments You'll find this guitar a sweetie. Hardly the style, though, if You are seriously into heavy metal.

yea, but it would be cool to use a dremel and put a cool tribal design into a copy though (skids files into memory data banks)

Pretty Cool,, reminds me of a line called "Electra" Guitars that came out around the the same time Ibenez hit the states with their guitars. Electra had a Strat and a SG copy with the body carved up like that !
Damn brings back a lot of memories of my "WILD DAYZ"
