Took some new gear pics, and this one was my favourite:

SG1802 looks quite mean from this angle...

I wonder if that Yamaha plays as good as it looks...

I don't have any good pics, but here goes:

If I had to pick one guitar and amp: this 1983 Fernandes Revival and this 1964/65 Marshall JTM 50 Super PA. They make a lovely "noise" togethet :b

    Three Stooges !
These are really wonky. They made me go back to the photo three times, just to make sure I really saw what I saw. They look like they can never be tuned up, always a little off.

I love those Yamaha sg guitars, but have never found one.
I opted for its close cousin, the artist.

    20160103_165416_zpsnnbci60t_edit_1474920444916.jpg

Is the scale on the yamaha also 24.75?

What pups come in those? I imagine a medium output vintage voiced pup...

I love the super 58s in the artist, epic pup. Also have the super58s in my luke. Crazy good pickup

Edit.. SG, those are crazy good photos, great photography

Thanks! Yes, it's a 24.75" scale length, and the pups are Seymour Duncan SP-90-3n/b - I'm really enjoying exploring what they can do... :) Vintage, but quite powerful.

I always like the Artist - but I've never actually played one. That would be my first choice to try for an Ibanez 6-string. :)

I love all my gear and any pics. I'm a total gear whore. So I've been slowly reworking my basement. It was a projection home theater. Now it's a gear/music room. A collection of SG's, a strat, Springsteen Esquire replica, and Agile Les Paul copy behind the couch...and a guest appearance from my edrums.

Springsteen replica I built with the BTR cover poster.

This is a telecaster build I just completed. The body was raw 2 piece swamp ash I grain filled and finished in nitro.

More geetars and a bass! The other geetars are either used and modded or an axe I bought on the cheap and modded.

My edrums and Rush tour book collection. The 2112 and AFTK tour books are replicas but the rest are orginal tour books.

I am lucky that I have the parents I have, because I live in our basement and now it's basically a gear room. All my guitars are on my wall in my room, and then outside my room (that back door in the picture is my room) is where I keep all my amps and pedals.

Beautiful guitars and gear pics! I would love to have a place like that!

What color is that Special? It looks like Ebony Stain, but I've never seen that on a Special...
