Yep, I'm hoping some variant of that. Hoping when the store pick up on the email (apparently their phone lines aren't dealing support issues with staff levels) they're happy enough to get some screws from Gibson sent along, or correct size as placeholder whilst awaiting Gibson, so can confirm it fixes the issue. If they want it sending back for whatever reason then that's going to be their call.

Quick update:
Store contacted Gibson last week, still awaiting Gibson's reply...so still the same. Still a lovely guitar aside from the buzz so still hoping they actually sort it and it's a keeper to save returning and looking for another (covid supply issues it seems)
