My '65 Special likes my '68 Ampeg...

    I had an older Reverb a rocket, back in the late '60's and, to this day, I regret selling it. It was the most responsive and toneful amp I ever owned.. It didn't hurt that I could crank it all the way up and let it rip.

    I know what you mean. I had a '64 Reverb a Rocket. It was fantastic. I really like this one. The tremolo is awesome, and it has a bit more headroom than the old one. Rock on!

    Look at that beautiful wide bevel pickguard. Love it.

    Such an easy upgrade for any SG, too.
