My Champ has passed away.....Help?

I went to fire up the 57 Champ this morning.......It lit up, pre-amp tube working.........Power Tubes are stone cold !!  any suggestions??

1. Key broken off tube, and somebody inserted it wrong
2. Bad ground on socket - filament ground. Champs get hot from wire, but use chassis as "ground" or return for filament.
3. Bad tube
4. Bad socket
5. Blown xformer
6. Open cathode (heater heats, but tube no workee). Bad cathode resistor or shorted cathode cap on the 6V6

If you cant figure it out, send it along and I'll get it goin for ya.

There should be a ground coming out of the power transformer maybe Red/Yellow stripe, perhaps with a green wire attached to it. You might try that connection to the chassis.
